Cooking with Susan in Paris

Cooking in Paris with Susan is a celebration of the season, with recipes that reflect both tradition and trend, and the finest ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Susan has devoted her professional life to learning the culture and cuisine of France. She has worked with celebrated chefs and spent time in farm and home kitchens.  Her goal is to keep abreast of trends while always focusing on techniques, tradition, culture, and quality, all of which she shares with you, with her signature warmth and humor.  Students come to cook with Susan, and they leave with a whole new look at the French culinary world.

When you take a class with Susan,  you will cook with  seasonal ingredients, chosen with care to be the finest available, and locally produced whenever possible.  Susan will guide you with patience and humor as you prepare classic and contemporary dishes, sharing her vast knowledge, and her invaluable tips and tricks that will change the way you cook forever.  Once you’ve cooked your way through the recipes, you will sit with Susan to enjoy the meal you have prepared together, accompanied by wines and cheese. If you would like to add a market visit before the class, or an introductory wine tasting during the class, these options are available depending on dates chosen.

The class includes tastings, a full meal from appetizers through dessert with wines, recipes that you will take home with you.

Each class begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.  Aprons are provided for your use during class. If you have other questions, please refer to our FAQ’s
