Cooking with Susan in Paris

Cooking in Paris with Susan is a celebration of the season, with recipes that reflect both tradition and trend, and the finest ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. You will arrive at a beautifully appointed kitchen in the 7th arrondissement, near the Ecole Militaire, to a feast of tastes and an array of recipes that will guide you through techniques, introduce you to seasonal ingredients, and will result in a multi-course meal that includes carefully selected wines and cheeses. You will leave the class with a new-found insight into French cuisine and culture, recipes, and plenty of tips and tricks to apply to all of your cooking.

The meal includes: appetizers, first course, main course, salad, cheeses, dessert and wines, and a lovely, embroidered-in-Paris apron. All menus are based on the season and the locality. Dietary restrictions respected

Each class begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at around 3 p.m.
Everything you need for the class, from apron to printed recipes, is provided for your use.
