Frequently Asked Questions with Frequently Given Answers

The Corporate Cooking Classes with Susan includes a custom-designed menu for you group.  Each person receives all the information necessary to prepare for the class, including a mise-en-place video, a week before class, clear and printable recipes, a list of ingredients to purchase for class.  Susan teaches the class from her kitchen in Paris, and you will cook along with her as she shows you just exactly what to do.  When the class is finished, you will have a meal, complete with side-dish and wine and cheese suggestions.  You can ask questions during the class and zoom in on anything that you want to see up close! 

The choice is yours. Because Susan is an experienced teacher, she will walk you through everything, holding your hand if you need it, letting you go along on your own if you don’t.  If you just want to watch, you’ll still learn and you’ll be part of something fun, fascinating and, ultimately delish!

Once your group has decided on a date for the Live Class, the wheel begins to turn! Each participant will receive a welcome email which explains the protocol of the class.  A week before the Live Class date, each participant receives  a link to the mise-en-place video, a shopping list, and the recipes,  so they can prepare.

Susan’s food is very plant based and always has been. That said, meat and seafood are part of her repertoire. Every menu varies; she will provide substitute ingredients when appropriate. Her concern is that everyone get maximum enjoyment and learn as much as possible.

The aprons will be sent to the company address well before the class date so that each participant is correctly attired for the event!

No. Susan caters to all experience levels

No. But there is a limit for the aprons.  The fee includes aprons for twenty participants; any apron after that will cost 45€ plus shipping.
